Thanks to my mom and a little Brahim’s magic, I get to enjoy one of my fave dishes, the fish head curry!
My mom liked how she did not have to wash the fish thoroughly to get rid of blood clots and what not, as the supplier has done all that already. BUT the lack of siamese fragrant rice in stores was disappointing.
